JOB PURPOSE:Develop creative visual designs for reports, presentations and documents produced within ADNOC for senior external stakeholders such as the ADNOC Board ExCom, the ADNOC Board, senior government stakeholders, Abu Dhabi, and UAE leadership. Provide support on the designing of reports and presentations directly for TEO Director and the Group CEO. Implement and ensure the success of the ADNOC Ideation ProgramKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDesign Management
Provide assistance in creating high-impact visuals as required for the Group CEOs senior stakeholder engagements including the ADNOC Board, Abu Dhabi and national leadership
Use wide range of media, including photography and graphic design software to develop graphics layouts, product illustrations, company logos, and various corporate communication media
Consult with end users regarding design needs, deliverable targets and deadlines and create designs as required
Collect, organize, and maintain media library assets (images, previous jobs and stock photography items)
Conduct quality control measures for digital print equipment and paper stock and reviews the details of the pre-press print product
Make proof copies of artwork for clients approval as well as for printing technicians to be used as guide with digital offset / network printing machine
Keep abreast with graphic design and printing technologies and explore new products
Assist in equipment maintenance, budget control, media asset management and printing stock control
Ensure that confidential documents are properly handled and no unauthorized personnel gains access to the information
Keep current with the latest printing technology, update new designing software and designing skill by attending seminars and exhibitions
Ideation Program Management
Provide support in managing the ADNOC++, the ADNOC Group ideation Program to ensure end-to-end execution of ideation cycle
Create idea campaigns on a particular theme, facilitating idea submissions, assisting with the idea review process, and maintaining the bank of ideas for the companys future use to support driving ADNOC internal innovation Process.
Assist in developing yearly ideation campaigns plan with projected timeline and budget
Regularly engage the ideation champions across the group and ADNOC evaluation panel in all ADNOC++ plans
Collaborate with business line directorates and group companies to create themed ideation campaign that will support finding creative and innovative solutions for their targeted challenges
Assist in managing the ideation reward and recognition in alignment with Human Capital Directorate
Collaborate and align with Group Communication on all campaign announcements and employees engagement plan on the launched campaigns
Run awareness campaigns and conducted yearly trainings on ADNOC++ Platform and ideation related topics
Generate reports to management on the campaigns output, ideas implementation progress, value generated
Analyse the campaign outcomes and improving the process based on the learnings
Maintain and improve the ADNOC++ Platform in alignment with ADNOC Group IT
Develop detailed implementation plans in collaboration with the respective teams
Monitor and track implementation of ADNOC++ ideas across ADNOC Group Companies
Bachelors Degree Graphic Designing / Marketing / Communication or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
8 years of professional experience in similar role.
Experience in advertising agency and/or digital media
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong project management knowledge and ability to deliver web/digital projects within cross-functional teams.
Experience of creating high-impact presentations for CEOs, senior Executives and senior government stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and for prolonged times with heightened sense of deadlines and turn-around-times without compromising on quality of work/deliverables.
