In this high-impact role, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with procurement policies while introducing efficiencies that enhance our processes.Responsibilities
End-to-End Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and execute vendor contracts, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and protect M42s interests.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks in vendor terms, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
Efficient Process Management: Maintain contract documentation, track renewals, and proactively manage contract status and any changes, ensuring that all aspects of the contract lifecycle are well-managed.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with key stakeholders from legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.
Contract Analysis & Advice: Analyze complex contract terms, assess their impact, and provide risk and liability assessments to guide decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in contract life-cycle management, preferably within procurement and supply chain, with experience in healthcare being highly advantageous.
Skills:
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to balance legal risks with business needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
A solid understanding of international, regional, and local supply markets and their working practices.
