Diagnose and manage neurological conditions in patients ranging from newborns to adolescents.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including EEGs, MRIs, and other neuroimaging studies.
Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and Botox injections for neurological conditions when appropriate.
Work closely with pediatricians, therapists, surgeons, and other specialists to provide holistic care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and coordinate care plans.
Communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly and empathetically to patients and their families.
Provide guidance on managing neurological conditions and support resources for caregivers.
Engage in research activities to advance knowledge in pediatric neurology and improve patient outcomes.
Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of pediatric neurology.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, state regulations, and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Post Graduate of approved Medical School with a valid license to practice Pediatric Neurology.
Certification by the American Board of Neurology or equivalent U.K. certification Member of the Royal College of Physicians (PAEDS).
At least 3 years as a full-time pediatrician Neurologist, after residency training.
Must have a thorough knowledge of medical ethics, with particular reference to the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of his work; personality which inspires confidence and trust in his patients; and adhere to Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Organization.
Current licensure in country of origin and with DOH /DHA / MOH license to practice in UAE.
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic language is desirable but not essential.
