Overview:Core42 CFC helps defend its clients from cyber-attacks, through timely detection, investigation, and remediation of potential threats.Enterprise Incident Management works closely with Client leadership, CFC teams and Injazat functions to ensure a comprehensive and proactive cyber defense functionality throughout corporate and business operations. The EIM provides day-to-day management of high severity incidents involving third parties or joint ventures. They are also responsible for CFC Assurance and Attestation, managing internal ISO27001, SOC2 and other compliance and regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring adherence to internal governance processes. Responsibilities:
Assist Lead EIM in fostering collaboration with CFC clients and the broader security community to enhance partnerships.
Understanding the technical landscape of clients environment.
Assessing the area of improvements of clients environment (People, Process, Technology) (CIA) to ensure effective and accurate recommendations are advised to client.
Assisting EIM by Offering cybersecurity remediation recommendations to clients and actively oversees third-party remediation efforts.
Assist EIM Lead in executing Enterprise Incident Management, utilizing knowledge management and case management solutions.
Contributes to cybersecurity policy formulation and recommends consequences for policy violators.
Assisting CFC operations as cybersecurity advisor for corporate or business components outside the CFC during incidents.
Demonstrates proficiency in culturally diverse research, considering cultural, social, and linguistic norms that may impact findings. Fluency or proficiency in multiple languages, including Arabic, is advantageous.
Ensures the minimization of threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's business systems and applications (both in-house and cloud-based).
Assist in managing Client Audit and internal GRC program (ISO27001, BCM,NESA,GDPR,PCIDSS etc..).
Qualifications:
6 plus years of security experience preferable and 5 plus years of IT experience preferable
BA/BS or MA/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems or related experience including Senior Level IR Analyst, IR Shift Manager, or IR Management
Advanced understanding of information security, border protection, incident handling & response, endpoint protection & encryption
Policy and Standards, Incident Management, Prioritization, Technologies, Security, Testing, Monitoring, IT Change, Infrastructure, Application
Strong ability to communicate, write clearly and speak authoritatively to different audiences.
Ability to perform in-depth analysis of past incidents, owning the deep dive and coordination to turn data into information.
