Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members.
• System Architecture And Design: Architect and design solutions that are scalable, flexible, and align with the organization\'s technical strategy. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to achieve project goals.
• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and database queries for enhanced application performance. Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Testing And Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality and participate in debugging and resolving issues.
• Documentation And Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all development activities. Provide regular project status updates and reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 4+ years of experience as a React Native Developer or similar role with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of React Native, C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server.
• Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
