Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide project execution
• Assemble and manage cross-functional task forces to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with various departments to align project goals and resources
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues or risks that arise
• Prepare and present regular updates and reports on project status to the Special Projects Director
• Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards and compliance requirements
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• 10+ years of experience in project management
Key Capabilities:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to adapt to dynamic situations
