A family from India is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Nanny to provide exceptional care for their 21-year-old daughter with mild autism. She is a vibrant and loving individual who requires support and companionship throughout her daily activities. We are looking for a nurturing individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in her life and ensuring her safety and well-being. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one care and support, ensuring her safety and comfort at all times. Accompany her to various activities, appointments, and outings, providing assistance and guidance as needed. Engage in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote her development and overall well-being. Communicate effectively with family members and other caregivers to ensure consistency and continuity of care. Qualifications: Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other special needs preferred. Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with special needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
