Job Title : Male Special Educator - Classroom Teacher for People of Determination

Location : Abu Dhabi

Job Type : Full-Time

Introduction :
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Male Special Educator to join our team as a Classroom Teacher for people of determination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized instruction to students with various learning needs and disabilities.
• Design and implement lesson plans tailored to the specific educational needs of students in your classroom.
• Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' growth and development.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet the individual learning goals and behavioural objectives of each student.
• Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and support staff to create and monitor personalized educational programs (IEPs).
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Special Educator or in a related role working with people of determination.
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certificate Equivalency is mandatory
• Strong understanding of the diverse needs of students with disabilities, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
