As the SPDM Manager(Sales Planning & Data Manager), you will be leading a team, overseeing and be responsible of regional sales performance that ensures the attainment of the company sales goals and profitability across.Custodian of sales policy & good governance across omnichannel. Ensure trade rewards is atoptimal level and reasonably staged against competition with prompt payment to ensure channel survivability. Your responsibilities also include:
Sales Strategy & Performance
1. Sales data management and analysis2. Systemize all the forecast, sales, production, and logistic process between each team3. Yearly budget phasing / recalibration4. Sales tracking across all branches / channel (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)5. Sales planner to drive Forecast accuracy by keeping optimal and keeping aging inventory low6. Continuous driver store mapping / grading exercise to drive store sell out efficiency7. Sales trend and seasonality analysis by region, country, and customers for sales strategy
Sales Policy & Governance
1. Dealer onboarding / offboarding policy2. Omnichannel (Off/online) price harmonization policy3. Continuous monitoring of dealer credit term / outstanding (Account Receivable) AR if any4. Yearly T/T (Trading Term) review for key dealers5. Alignment between sales, product, and marketing team6. Uphold of sales NDA and Anti Verbal Commitment7. Return policy (Goods Return)
