We are looking to hire an Experienced Spare Parts (Auto) Purchaser . The candidates experience and skill set requirements as follows , 1. Must have Minimum 02 years experience in UAE in Similar job role 2. Candidates having Experience in UAE and currently available in UAE only need to apply 3. Good Communication skill in English -Verbal/Written 4. Knowledge about the parts shops in UEA including Aftermarket and used parts 5. Main Responsibilities: *Purchasing spare parts, materials, and components, in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets. *Procuring supplies, parts and related materials. *Identifying reliable suppliers and dealers of auto spare parts, evaluate their product quality, pricing, and delivery terms, and negotiate prices. And improve prices and terms of business with suppliers, and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods. *Searching for supersede numbers for spare parts to avoid long time order. *Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers. *Assisting foremen and technicians in determining parts needed for repairs by researching. *Researching and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier\'s reputation and history. *Locating and building relationships with aftermarket and used parts (Scrap) Vendors. *Verifying all parts are correctly supplied to each repair order. *Following up on back ordered parts and communicating delivery dates of incoming parts. * Maintaining competitive pricing *Managing time effectively, prioritize tasks to procure and supply the required spare parts without delay. *Working well under pressure and handling emergency and stressful situations *Keen attention to detail and accuracy *Other Duties assigned by management. 6. Driving License (Required) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 2500 starting. Depends on experience Ability to Commute:
