Job DetailSpare Parts Customer Support Assistant - Dubai OthersJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our client team with 2 years of experience in customer support.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with requested information that can help improve customer satisfaction.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Share ETD of orders with the distributors based on their request.
  • Attend distributor issues related to shipment discrepancies and provide solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subsidiary Parts Team, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure sharing right information to distributors.
  • Co work with logistics and warehouse team to release new orders for packing.
  • Manage and reply to all the inquiries received through VOD system.
  • Register FOC orders based on subsidiary approval and it supply
  • Manage Monitor Parts budget based on details received from HQ in the beginning of the year
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
