Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spanish-speaking freelance corporate trainer to deliver online training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these tools, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to train and engage professionals in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and informative online training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) for corporate clients.

Develop and customize training materials to meet the specific needs of each client.

Demonstrate the features and functionalities of MS 365 tools in a clear and understandable manner.

Provide practical examples and hands-on exercises to enhance learning and retention.

Assess the learning progress of participants and provide feedback and support as needed.

Stay updated on the latest features and updates of MS 365 tools to ensure training content is current.

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues participants may encounter during training sessions.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Spanish (native or fluent).

Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.

Prior experience in delivering online training or webinars to corporate clients.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to create and adapt training materials for diverse audiences.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable using online training platforms and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Microsoft 365 or related fields.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
