Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Spanish/English Client Coordinator/ Translator to join our team. As a Client Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating effective communication between our company and our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison between Spanish-speaking clients and our company.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions or responses.
  • Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Translate documents, correspondence, and other communications from Spanish to English and vice versa.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role or customer service position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if required).
