We are looking for a professional and experienced Spa Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Spa Specialist, you will provide top-notch spa treatments to our clients, ensuring they receive a memorable and soothing experience. You will be responsible for performing a variety of services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps. Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms and spa area. Provide personalized recommendations to clients based on their skin type, needs, and preferences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa treatments and industry trends. Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of clients throughout their visit. Handle product sales and upselling of services where appropriate. Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain a positive and professional environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Spa Specialist or similar role. Valid certification in massage therapy, facials, or other related spa treatments. Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Passionate about providing exceptional client experiences. Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
