Role : Massage therapist and Beautician

Key Responsibilities

- Perform authentic Massage and Moroccan bath treatments, including exfoliation and cleansing using traditional techniques and high-quality products.

- Perform various beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, and hair spa treatments.

Customize treatments based on clients' skin type, preferences, and needs, ensuring a personalized and rejuvenating experience.

Educate clients on the benefits of the different massage therapies and recommend appropriate treatments and products for skin care and relaxation.

Promote and upsell our services, memberships, and retail products to enhance the client experience and maximize sales revenue.

Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Spa area, including sanitizing equipment, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a serene ambiance.

Collaborate with other team members to coordinate appointments, manage client flow, and provide exceptional customer service.

Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and products related to Moroccan bath therapy to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Support our events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Soft Skills:

Communication -- Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work -- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

Education/Qualification:

Proven experience as a Moroccan bath and massage specialist or similar role, preferably in a high-end salon, spa, or wellness center.
- Speaks Arabic/ Russian

Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to engage and educate clients effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse clientele.

Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments, particularly those used in Moroccan bath therapy.

Certification or training in Moroccan bath techniques and practices preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and business needs.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a relaxing atmosphere in the Moroccan bath area.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments for extended periods while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
