- Provide treatment to guests in accordance with the established standards
- Challenge to improve procedures for the benefit of the guest in delighting them
- Be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the treatment rooms and equipment
- Has a degree or valid license in aesthetics, spa therapy or physiotherapy
- Has previous experience in 5-star luxury hotels as Spa Therapist
- Will be attending to male guests in Spa
- Is well-versed in a wide array of spa treatments
- Is able to recommend and upsell spa treatments/services
- Is able to attend to male guests in the spa
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a can-do attitude
- Is a self-starter
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
