Perform all body treatments, as certified/trained to do so, keeping in mind the guests\' comfort at all times.
Assist the team to achieve sales, treatment targets through effective implantation of product communication.
Ensure that the Spa operates with adequate stock at all times, and that effective preventive maintenance procedures are in place for all equipment.
Ensure that hygiene and cleaning standards are adhered to, and that all operational check lists are in place and effectively followed.
Consult with each guest and give advice regarding particular problems, questions and concerns.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar role, within an international brand
Excellent command in English / additional language will be an advantage
