As a Spa Therapist for a 4-star hotel, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests, ensuring their relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual with expertise in various spa therapies and a commitment to delivering personalized experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, according to established protocols and guest preferences.
Consult with guests to assess their needs, preferences, and any health concerns, ensuring a personalized and safe spa experience.
Recommend and upsell spa services, products, and packages based on guests\' preferences and treatment goals.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa facilities, including sanitizing equipment, replenishing supplies, and laundering linens.
Create a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring that the spa atmosphere is calm, soothing, and conducive to relaxation.
Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and developments in the spa industry, and incorporate new treatments and modalities into service offerings as appropriate.
Educate guests about the benefits of spa treatments and provide recommendations for at-home care to enhance the longevity of results.
Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and scheduling of appointments efficiently and accurately, utilizing the spa\'s reservation system.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of equipment and products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field required; additional certifications or training in specialized spa modalities is a plus.
Previous experience as a spa therapist or massage therapist in a hotel, resort, or spa setting, with a demonstrated ability to perform a variety of treatments.
