What you will be doing:
Be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel.
Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, well stocked up and are properly set up prior to commencing the treatment.
Have a thorough knowledge of Health and Spa Departments as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.
Effectively offer a consultation to each guest prior to the treatment.
Organize and perform Beauty Therapy Treatments in rooms set up to the M\xc3\xb6venpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach standards as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual.
Actively up sell all the appropriate Spa, retail and fitness services to the guests.
Confidently recommend and up sell additional treatments to guests. To try to rebook them where ever possible.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
Calm nature that will enhance the relaxation and rejuvenation of the guests.
Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy.
