- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences.
- Administer beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, and makeup application.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining inventory of products.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products for home care.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy and beauty services.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a spa therapist and/or beautician.
- Strong knowledge of different massage techniques, skincare treatments, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and helping others look and feel their best.
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- SPA therapist/Beautician: 1 year (Preferred)
