Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist with specialized knowledge in Moroccan spa rituals and massages to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional spa treatments, particularly focusing on Moroccan specialist baths (Hammam) and therapeutic massages, ensuring each guest receives a rejuvenating and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs.
• Specialize in Moroccan baths (Hammam), utilizing traditional techniques and premium products.
• Tailor treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of each guest.
• Educate guests on the benefits of spa treatments and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Adhere to all spa protocols and practices, ensuring exceptional standards of hygiene and safety.
• Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor with guests at all times, striving to exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist with specialization in Moroccan baths and massage therapy.
• Certification or training in massage therapy, aesthetics, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of Moroccan spa rituals, including Hammam techniques and benefits.
• Strong understanding of various massage techniques and their therapeutic effects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
