Spa Supervisor (female)
Job Description
What we are looking for:
- Atleast 2 years of experience from hotel as a supervisor.
- Someone who's currently living in Dubai.
- Can handle working with different nationalities.
- Has a positive attitude and good moral.
- Can showcase professionalism in any situation. (VERY IMPORTANT)
What you will be required to do:
- Stocks Inventory
- Ordering from Suppliers
- Social Media Marketing
- Answering emails
- Doing staff meeting regularly to: check if the staffs are wearing their uniform properly and in a presentable manner, motivating/coaching staff to sell products, reminding staff about their monthly target and helping staffs to reach their target
- Coordinating with suppliers for trainings and refreshers when necessary
- Regular monitoring of the salon's facilities to make sure everything is working
- In case of needing maintenance, coordinating with the right people for the said maintenance
- Hiring staff if necessary
- Suggesting of other ways to improve the functionality of the salon to the owner
Salary will be discussed on the day of the interview.
