: spa Supervisor
Overview:
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth spa operations. This role involves overseeing spa therapists, front-of-house staff, receptionists, and attendants. Acting as the second-in-command, the Spa Supervisor will take charge in the absence of the Spa Manager and serve as a vital link between therapists and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Management:
• Lead by example to inspire and motivate the spa team.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager on special projects and operational improvements.
2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare and implement Spa SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and company standards regarding treatments.
3. Client Experience
• Oversee client interactions, ensuring efficient bookings, payments, and consultation processes.
• Manage customer feedback to enhance service quality.
4. Sales and Performance
• Drive the team to meet sales targets and ensure accurate sales recording.
• Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
5. Training and Development
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct training for all spa staff on treatments and services.
• Provide ongoing product training and follow-up sessions.
6. Inventory Management
• Assist the Spa Manager with stock management, including inventory checks and product ordering.
• Ensure proper use of spa materials and equipment.
7. Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure adherence to security, fire, health, and safety regulations within the spa.
8. Quality Assurance
• Maintain high standards of treatment quality and efficiency.
• Support the Spa Manager in initiatives to improve profitability.

• Diploma from a recognized institute in massage therapy, body, and beauty treatments.
• Management course qualification in team and customer care is advantageous.
• minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the spa industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and financial skills.
• Hands-on experience as a spa supervisor and trainer.
• proficient in managing daily spa operations.
• CIDTAC/CIDESCO certification or equivalent qualification for spa supervisors.
• Computer literacy is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
