Job Description

Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Spa Retail Executive for a luxury hotel spa in Dubai.The Spa Retail Executive is responsible for, but not limited to:

Spa Retail Executive is responsible for maximising the revenue of the spa through effective retail sales and Spa treatment sales.
As an ambassador for the spa, this role ensures outstanding five-star guest relations, delivering the Spa and hotel service brand standards at Spa Reception and Spa Reservations.

Requirements:

Experience as Retail Executive in luxury retailor or Retail Executive in luxury spa.
Experience as Spa Receptionist in luxury spa environment at least 3 years or have experiences are Reservation agent.
Familiar with Spa booking system and hotel operating system.
Having additional language is an advantage.
Tech-savvy
Excellent in written and verbal English.
Good knowledge in using Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
