Job Description
Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Spa Reservations Executive for a luxury hotel spa in Dubai.The Spa Reservations Executive is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Spa Reservations executive is responsible for maximising the revenue of the spa through effective treatment scheduling, yield management and Spa treatment sales.
- As an ambassador for the spa, this role ensures outstanding five-star guest relations, delivering the Spa and hotel service brand standards at Spa Reception and Spa Reservations.
- 2 years' service experience in a 5-star spa
- Minimum High School graduate
- Computer Literate
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace.
- Minimum of three years' experience in performing therapy services.
- Good knowledge of English and be able to speak, write and understand.
