Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
Deal with Spa guest and member queries
Manager booking system by booking and cancelling appointments
Provide advice on the facilities to guests and potential members
Issue robes, lockers and towels
Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance ag guest\'s stay through up-selling
Qualifications
Should have min. 1 year of experience as Spa Receptionist in a reputed Spa
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Multi-lingual i.e. Russian/ Arabic language would be a plus
Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
Experience in spa retail sales
