As a Spa Receptionist, you are responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet all guests with a warm and professional manner, embodying the hotel's luxury standards of service.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures for spa treatments and services.
• Provide detailed information about spa offerings, promotions, and membership packages.
• Address guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with efficiency and discretion.
• Manage spa appointments using the booking system, ensuring optimal scheduling to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Confirm and follow up on appointments to reduce cancellations or no-shows.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure seamless scheduling and guest preparation.
• Handle billing processes, including cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest records and service histories in the system.
• Assist in inventory management of retail products and replenish stock as needed.
• Ensure the reception area and lounge are clean, organized, and stocked with amenities.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to the Director of Spa/SPA Supervisor when necessary.
• Report accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Using the appropriate telephone techniques and manner.
