As the Spa Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests at the Extra Hour Spa by 25hours Hotels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service by efficiently managing spa reservations, providing information about spa services, and coordinating the overall spa experience. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with inquiries about spa services, packages, and promotions.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the overall guest experience.
Reservation Management:
Handle spa appointment bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of spa treatments to maximize efficiency.
Manage spa appointment software and maintain up-to-date records.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with spa therapists to coordinate appointments and special requests.
Provide clear information about spa policies, procedures, and any relevant details to guests.
Sales and Upselling:
Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to guests.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive spa bookings and meet revenue targets.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle cash and electronic transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the spa reception area.
Assist with inventory management of spa retail products.
Problem Resolution:
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
