Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and optimizing overall performance and profitability. Leadership and management skills will ensure that the spa meets high standards of service, operational efficiency, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Spa Operations Management



Reservations & Guest Services:

Oversee spa reservations and ensure that all guests receive outstanding service, from arrival to departure.

Facility Maintenance:

Ensure that the spa is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with all equipment in good working order.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory for spa products, including skincare, treatments, and amenities, ensuring proper stock levels and product quality.

Revenue & Financial Oversight



Revenue Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to maximize spa revenue, including pricing, promotions, and upselling of treatments and retail products.

Budgeting & Financial Reporting:

Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets, track financial performance, and generate financial reports to assess profitability.

Cost Control & Profitability:

Monitor costs and optimize product margins to ensure profitability while maintaining service quality.

Team Leadership & Development



Staff Management & Motivation:

Lead, inspire, and manage a team of therapists, estheticians, and spa attendants, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Training & Development:

Identify ongoing training needs and ensure staff receive continuous education on new treatments, products, and customer service practices.

Efficient Staffing:

Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure the spa operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Compliance & Quality Standards



Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure the spa complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Quality Standards:

Maintain high service and treatment standards, ensuring every guest has a superior experience in line with the spa's brand.

Marketing & Guest Retention



Marketing & Promotion:

Lead the development of marketing campaigns to attract new guests, retain existing members, and promote seasonal offers or new treatments.

Guest Retention:

Develop and implement strategies for guest loyalty programs and retention initiatives to maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Community Engagement:

Represent the spa within the local community and collaborate on promotions or events to increase visibility.

Financial & Performance Monitoring



Track Performance:

Regularly review financial data, guest feedback, and service performance to assess the spa's performance.

Adjust Operations:

Use performance insights to make adjustments in pricing, staffing, or services to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Scheduling & Communication



Flexible Scheduling:

Be adaptable to different work schedules and ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times.

Department Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with all head of departments to ensure smooth coordination.
8.

Additional Duties



Management Meetings:

Attend regular meetings with senior management to discuss the spa's performance, financial goals, and any operational challenges.

Other Responsibilities:

Take on additional duties as required to ensure the spa runs efficiently and meets its objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar leadership role within the spa or wellness industry. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED19,000.00 per month
