Spa Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxurious spa, for one of our esteemed hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively, and maintain a serene and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications / Experience / Competency
? Bachelor's degree in cosmetology or related certifications.
? CIBTAC and CIDESCO certificate highly recommended
? Hospitality Management, or a related field.
? Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury spa environment.
? Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
? Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
? Solid understanding of spa treatments, products, and services.
? Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
? Strong marketing and promotional skills.
? Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
? Proficiency in using any spa management software and other relevant technology (Eg: Zenoti).
