As a Spa Manager at InterContinental Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our spa facility. Develop strategic plans to enhance the spa\'s performance and guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience and Service:
Ensure guests receive personalized, attentive, and high-quality service throughout their spa journey.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain a welcoming and serene environment conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, reservations, inventory management, and facilities upkeep.
Monitor and control operating costs and expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Team Management and Training:
Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to standards.

Marketing and Promotions:

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (X years) in a managerial role within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
