With a commitment to exceptional service and a focus on client satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and excel in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operational aspects of the home service spa, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals including massage therapists, and drivers.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. And converting sales from inquiries.
• Manage inventory levels, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve spa operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in spa management or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of booking software, Fresha.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and spa management software (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
