The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. The HR Executive ensures that HR operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive working environment by organizing team-building activities and corporate events.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and create or coordinate learning and development programs.
Assist in developing career development plans and succession planning.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry standards.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
