Position: South Indian Cook

Salary Range : 1300 AED with benefits

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items such as dosa, idli, sambar, chutneys, biryani, and curries.

- Ensure that food is prepared in accordance with traditional South Indian recipes and presentation standards.

- Manage the kitchen operations, including the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.

- Train and supervise kitchen assistants or helpers as required.

- Cater to special dietary needs and preferences of guests or customers when requested.

- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and cooking techniques in South Indian cuisine.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook, with a strong portfolio of traditional South Indian dishes.

- Knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- A positive attitude and passion for cooking South Indian cuisine.
