Job Description
• Prepare good quality meal as per menu
• Give instructions and guidance to the asst.Cook for mis-en-place
• To ensure that all the working areas are always hygienically clean and tidy
• Kitchen equipment's to be kept clean and tidy immediately after the work
• Responsible for the correct use of ingredients whilst cooking
• Responsible to reduce the wastage and increase the productivity
• Provide good quality of good of food and service to the client and customer
• Ensure the HACCP process is strictly adhered and recorded.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
