Responsible to :

The Executive Chef of the property as well as Yannick Alleno

Job Types :

Full-time, Permanent

Main objective :

to assist and support the Head Chef in his functions.

Missions :

To replace the Restaurant Chef during his absence; To ensure the creation and weekly production of dishes while maintaining a continuous quality of service; To train, inform and manage the team; Be a driving force for the team; Control the delivery of goods in terms of quality and quantity; Controlling the cost of goods, minimising losses, maintaining minimum stocks; To be responsible for the behaviour and hygiene of his/her team.

Prerequisites :

Fluency in English is

mandatory

;

Creativity; 2-3 years experience in an equivalent position; Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations; Good managerial skills : able to inspire, motivate and develop employees; Good presentation.

Salary and benefits :

Regarding the salary : 8000 AED fixed per month. Regarding the benefits : Variable part ; 6000 AED housing allowance.
