We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a rich background as a Pizzaiolo and be adept in the art of pizza making, from dough preparation to wood-fired oven baking.

As a sous chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and contributing to our reputation for outstanding Italian cuisine.

Experienced pizza chef adept at crafting delectable pizzas with precision and creativity. Proficient in dough preparation, sauce creation, and expertly selecting and combining toppings.

Skilled in managing a busy kitchen, ensuring timely and quality pizza production.

Possesses a deep understanding of various pizza styles, from traditional to innovative, and maintains a keen eye for detail in presentation.

Exceptional multitasker with a passion for delivering a superior dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our traditional recipes and standards.
• Manage a section within the kitchen with the utmost professionalism.

• Supervise and train junior staff in pizza preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ensure that all ingredients are of the highest quality and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen section, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service.
• Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and recipes.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Handle special customer requests and dietary requirements with professionalism.
