Position: Sous Chef Location: Bahrain Package: 850 BHD per month, plus service and bonus. Im currently supporting an award winning hospitality group, in Bahrain, who are introducing a brand new Greek/Mediterranean concept which is due to launch in Q2 next year. This will be a large and diverse operation with restaurant and bar concepts, and we need an amazing Sous Chef to come in to set:up, open and head up this awesome venue which is going to take Bahrain by storm Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in the luxury lifestyle environments : high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants with new opening experience too. This will be a Greek/Mediterranean concept. Strong international experience is preferred, ideally to have worked in International food hubs around the world. Opening experience in the Middle East is beneficial. Must be able to manage large team, multi:cultural teams of staff members and a large number of VIP guests. The role will report directly into the Head/Executive Chef, and the wider BOH team will consist of circa 20 personnel. We are looking for someone with a great personality, with high energy and a sense of humour.
