Assist the Executive Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and cost management. Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency. Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and professional conduct. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies. Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences. Act as a representative of the restaurant in culinary events and functions. Assist the Executive/Head Chef in all areas of responsibility, as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end dining establishments Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. Ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and trends. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
