Experienced Sous Chef required for a fine dining restaurant Minimum 5 years experience in a 5 star or fine dining restaurant. Must have full knowledge of international cuisine. Must be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role, which include food preparation, hygiene, cooking, and working with seafood to produce high-quality international dishes.
