- Assist in supervising the daily operation of the kitchen
- Support daily menu planning and design
- Ensure a high quality of food is provided at all times
- Support the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef on daily operation
- Maintain and implement hygiene standards
- Controls production according to projected covers and food cost
- Has minimum 2 years\' experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
- Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
- Specializes in Indian cuisine
- Is able to work with a multinational team
- Enjoys being challenged
- Is fluent in oral and written English language
- Is a "Outside the box" thinker and has "can-do" attitude
