Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team for our flagship cafes in Dubai. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in upholding the culinary excellence that defines the Eatx brand. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team to meet the evolving tastes of our diverse clientele.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, mentoring, and scheduling.
• Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with management to control food costs and optimize kitchen processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative culinary techniques into menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or cafe setting.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local and international culinary trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
