Assist in supervising the daily operation of the kitchen
Support daily menu planning and design
Ensure a high quality of food is provided at all times
Support the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef on daily operation
Maintain and implement hygiene standards
Controls production according to projected covers and food cost
We are looking for someone who:
Has minimum 2 years\' experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
Specializes in Indian and Arabic cuisine
Is able to work with a multinational team
Enjoys being challenged
Is fluent in oral and written English language
Is a "Outside the box" thinker and has "can-do" attitude
