  • Assist in supervising the daily operation of the kitchen
  • Support daily menu planning and design
  • Ensure a high quality of food is provided at all times
  • Support the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef on daily operation
  • Maintain and implement hygiene standards
  • Controls production according to projected covers and food cost
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has minimum 2 years\' experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
  • Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
  • Specializes in Indian and Arabic cuisine
  • Is able to work with a multinational team
  • Enjoys being challenged
  • Is fluent in oral and written English language
  • Is a "Outside the box" thinker and has "can-do" attitude
