Monthly Salary Range: 6000 - 9000 Riyals + Benefits Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the operations of the central production kitchen. Ensure that food preparation adheres to the highest quality standards and meets health and safety regulations. Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and productivity. Work closely with the culinary team to create and update menu items. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Manage food costing and budgeting to achieve financial targets. Implement and maintain hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for ingredient sourcing. Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant supervisory role. Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and creative culinary skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Desired Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment. Experience in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
