• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Help in developing and refining the menu and creating new recipes.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage food orders, notifying the Executive Chef when supplies need replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Organize and clean kitchen areas and equipment regularly.
