Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, preferably in international cuisine

Leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, with a passion for fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration at the catering
. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks, maintaining the catering company reputation for excellence . Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring the catering operations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene .
