Control & direct the food preparation process. Construct & develop menus . Expedite service of dishes . Inventory management . Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating Ensure hygiene & safety compliance . Pay special attention to food costing and waste management. Train junior staff and working very close with Executive chef. Maintaining of HACCP principles as per the municipality requirements. Foster a co-operative respect between coworkers Job Types: Full-time, Contract Ability to commute/relocate:
