The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure the procurement of high-quality products and services at competitive prices.


This role requires a deep understanding of international markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers worldwide.

Sourcing Strategy Development

:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of products and services.

Supplier Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and quality standards.

Negotiation and Procurement:

Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms and pricing. Manage the procurement process, from identifying needs to issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging suppliers to make informed sourcing decisions. Analyze supply market dynamics to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of sourced products into the supply chain.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

This is you

Bachelor's degree in International business, International trade, Supply chain or similar related fields is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft office tools Customer relationship management (CRM) experience is a plus Proficiency in Chinese is a plus Strong business sense Analytical mind Negotiation skills Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
