Responsible for managing supplier development and ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of products and services.
This role involves collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet product specifications, monitoring materials for defects, and resolving quality issues.
Supports risk management and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Supplier risk management process.
Manage the purchased product verification
Supplier performance monitoring
Work closely with suppliers to develop their capabilities, enhance quality and ensure alignment with EPI standard and expectations.
Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentation to help management understand overall perspective of supplier development.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased.
Support in inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product range etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, supply chain management or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language.
Advance knowledge and working on ERP system
Ability to manage supplier development activity of all aspects of procurement/supply chain.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries.
Experience in oil and gas industry is a must.
Combined supplier Development, quality and Manufacturing experience is desirable.
