DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic individual to join our management team at our Dubai Head Office based 15 minutes from Dubai Marina. Position focuses on overseeing the Standard Operating Procedures and Management Systems to ensure the highest standards of excellence.From bid to handover the same polices , standards and procedures. You will manage and own internal processes. You will make department heads accountable , you will work with them , up-skill and ensure that when AUDITED everything is done right first time.We see this person coming from a Quality Assurance or Operational background.This person will have a fundamental understanding of what it takes to successfully operate on site.You will understand the policies, politics and execution process to build and keep clients happy.How will you develop, change and update the Quality Management System. You will form relationships internally with key departments from Safety, Quality, Commercial, Technical, Operations, Human Resources & Accounts.Client

- Full in-house design and build capability
- Joinery, temporary works, mep, dry lining, facades and fit out they have a vast direct delivery capability

- Degree Educated xe2x80x93 civil engineering but will make exception if someone has the right experience in a similar position
- Clear understanding of working within TIER 1 or 2 Main contractorxe2x80x99s
- 15 Years + Experience post grad
- PRIOR Mena experience
- You will understand change, people management, politics and that projects donxe2x80x99t always go to plan
- High emotional intelligence, soft skills and all round communication
- Able to start employment before the 10th of February LATEST
